Who we are
WeMakeRise LLC provides content, website and business systems services. This policy explains how we handle information through this website. Contact adnan@wemakerise.com with questions.
What we collect
When you contact us, we receive the details you enter, including your name, email, business, service needs and any message. If you refer someone, we receive your details and the details you share about that person. Please get their permission before making an introduction.
Our forms may include the page you used, campaign labels in the link that brought you here and your plan-finder answers. We use these to understand your inquiry. Calendly handles details you provide when booking a call under its own Privacy Notice.
If Google Analytics 4 is configured, we collect analytics data only after you choose Accept. We also process technical information, including your IP address, for the region check and spam prevention described below.
Why we collect it
We use your information to reply to inquiries, arrange calls, provide our services and understand what you need. With your analytics consent, we use site activity information to improve the website. Sharing an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Who we share it with
Our service providers include Calendly for bookings, our email provider for messages and Hostinger for hosting. Google receives analytics information only when analytics is configured and you consent. Providers receive information needed to perform their service. We don't sell personal information.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not set analytics cookies without your consent. We use browser storage to remember your consent choice and theme preference. The plan finder, referral name, campaign labels and booking prefill use session storage to carry your choices through the current visit. You can clear this information in your browser settings.
Booking content loads from Calendly when you approach the booking section or choose to book. A YouTube video loads its player only after you choose Play. These third-party services explain their own storage practices in their privacy notices.
Region access and spam prevention
We check the country your IP address comes from to decide whether this website is available in your region. We don't store your IP address for this. IP Geolocation by DB-IP.
Our forms keep a one-way hash of the IP address for up to 24 hours to limit spam. This limit also applies to copies made for backup. The region check uses a local database rather than sending your IP address to a geolocation service.
How long we keep information
We keep form messages for up to 24 months unless you become a client or a longer period is needed to meet a legal obligation. Client information may be kept for the service relationship and applicable recordkeeping requirements. We remove information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete information we hold about you. You can decline analytics, or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings when analytics is enabled. Clearing cookies in your browser also removes cookies already stored there.
California residents may have additional rights under applicable law, including rights to know, delete or correct personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing where those activities and laws apply. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
