Terms of Service

Our services

WeMakeRise LLC provides content and social media, websites and branding, and systems and tech support. We agree on your scope, deliverables and price in writing before paid work starts. A written proposal or service agreement may include terms specific to your project.

Your free strategy call and free 30-day plan are a call and a written roadmap. The roadmap is delivered within 2 to 4 business days after the call. They do not include a free month of services.

Plans and billing

Monthly plans are billed in US dollars. Published prices are starting prices; your agreed scope determines the price. There are no setup fees for monthly plans. Advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms and is separate from our fee. We agree separately on one-off projects and add-ons.

Month to month and cancellation

Monthly plans run month to month. You can cancel by emailing adnan@wemakerise.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. We will confirm the end date and arrange the handoff of your work and access.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and materials you have permission to use. Grant access through supported user roles where possible. Do not send passwords through website forms. Delayed information or approvals may affect the delivery schedule; we will discuss any changes with you.

Ownership of work

Work we create for you under a paid plan belongs to you once paid for. Third-party software, fonts, images and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licenses. We will identify relevant restrictions in the agreed scope or handoff. You retain ownership of materials you provide.

Confidentiality

We use non-public information you share to carry out the agreed work. We limit access to people and providers who need it for that purpose. Please tell us about specific confidentiality requirements before sharing materials so we can agree on how to handle them.

Limits of responsibility

We aim to carry out the agreed services with reasonable care. We cannot promise a particular number of followers, leads, sales or search rankings. Third-party platforms may change their features, availability or rules. The limits of liability for your paid services will be set out in your written service agreement, subject to applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will show the date at the top of this page. Changes to an existing agreed scope or price will be discussed with you in writing. Keep a copy of the terms and proposal that apply to your engagement.
